Enlightening Couples™ Waiver of Liability
- I, and my partner, agree by registering for this Enlightening Couples™ Yoga and Wellness Event, to release Yoga Instructors from any responsibility and/or liability concerning the application, processing, and/or consequences of performing anything related to any of the following yoga, Kundalini yoga, vinyasa yoga, yin yoga, body exercises, body fitness, body stretching, body movements, partner work, meditation, reiki energy, chi energy, sounds and vibrational energies, use of crystals, breathing exercises, postures, positions, asanas, massages, and other body poses that I elected to participate. I consent to have the above-described yoga services of my choice applied.
- Understanding the risks of these above activities listed items, and that they may cause injuries that may require medical attention, and may even cause death. I release Yoga Instructors, and its employees, its travel agency, its agents, its owners, its sponsors, its website, its website company, its associated businesses, and the Venue, Building or Location, harmless against any and all liability, damage, and/or expenses arising out of or in connection with actions, claims, and/or damages resulting in personal injuries and disabilities (physical and/or psychological) or transmission of a communicable disease that I might incur as a result of the service provided today, and I agree to voluntarily participate understanding these risks and their outcomes.
- Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall by in the Brevard County, Florida superior courts.
- Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed illegal, invalid, void or otherwise unenforceable in whole or in part, that provision shall be severed or shall be enforced only to the extent legally permitted, and the remainder of the provision and the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed to be invalid, void or unenforceable only with respect to a particular application, such term or provision shall remain in full force and effect with respect to all other applications.
- Affirmation of Health. I am also affirming that I, and my partner, understand the activities listed in this document that we are both healthy enough to participate, and accept all risks for these activities.
- Travel Protection Coverage. You will be offered Travel Protection Coverage, which may cover missed days, flight delays, accidental injuries, and emergency services. We require you to have health insurance coverage from somewhere. If you booked a shared room, you must purchase Travel Protection Coverage, so that the people sharing your room are not left with the financial balance if someone cancels, as there are no refunds.
- Expenses. You agree that you are fully responsible for your medical care, flights, extended stays, and transportation.
